The seminal coming-of-age drama Dawson's Creek is coming to Netflix in November. All six seasons of the hit series will be available on November 1. The show premiered on The WB in 1998. The series finale aired on May 14, 2003.

Dawson's Creek starred Van Der Beek (Dawson Leery), Katie Holmes( Joey Potter), Joshua Jackson (Pacey Witter), and Michelle Williams (Jen Lindley). The show was a hit, and has certainly cemented a place in pop culture history. It served as a launch pad for the careers of not only its main cast but other minor characters including Rachael Leigh Cook (She's All That, Get Carter, Robot Chicken), Chad Michael Murray (One Tree Hill, A Cinderella Story, Marvel's Agent Carter), Jane Lynch (Glee, Two and a Half Men, The 40-Year-Old Virgin), and Seth Rogan (Superbad, Knocked Up, Long Shot).

Writer and executive producer Tom Kapinos went on to create the wildly successful Showtime series Californication which lasted for seven seasons. Kapinos' latest endeavor is Lucifer, which aired on Fox for three seasons before shifting to Netflix for Season 4. Netflix recently renewed the series for a sixth and final season.

Through six seasons, Dawson's Creek and its cast garnered five Teen Choice Awards.

In 2018, the cast of Dawson's Creek reunited to celebrate the show's 20th anniversary.
