Disney's Live Action 'Mulan' Set For September Release, New Trailer Drops!
The film will premiere exclusively on the Disney+ streaming service.

The live action version of the 1998 Disney animated classic Mulan finally has a release date. After being pushed back twice due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Disney Studios will premiere the flick on September 4 exclusively on the Disney+ streaming service.
A brand new teaser can be streamed below.
Originally slated to arrive in theaters on March 27, Disney pushed the release of Mulan back to July 24. Due to additional spiking in coronavirus cases and the fact that movie theaters worldwide were still shut down, the studio pushed the release back another month to August 24. Now, the film will finally arrive just a few days later on September 4.
“While the pandemic has changed our release plans for Mulan and we will continue to be flexible as conditions require, it has not changed our belief in the power of this film and its message of hope and perseverance. Director Niki Caro and our cast and crew have created a beautiful, epic, and moving film that is everything the cinematic experience should be, and that’s where we believe it belongs – on the world stage and the big screen for audiences around the globe to enjoy together,” Disney Studios co-chairs Alan Horn and Alan Bergman said back in June.
Caro's live action Mulan stars Crystal Liu as Mulan and the legendary Jet Li as the Emperor.
