First Look At The 'Friends' Reunion Is Here

HBO Max revealed the trailer for the long-awaited gathering Wednesday.

Finally, everyone's favorite Friends are getting back together. HBO Max released the first look at the long-awaited reunion of the cast of Friends on Wednesday. While it is not a new, original episode of the smash hit sitcom, the special will see the cast come together at the show's original set on Stage 24 at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, CA to relive their favorite moments and much more.

Friends: The Reunion premieres Thursday, May 27 exclusively on HBO Max.

If you're not already at least tearing up a bit, grab a box of tissues and listen to Boyce Avenue's acoustic cover of The Rembrants' iconic Friends theme song. When you're done sobbing uncontrollably (no judgment), keep reading to see what special guest stars will be appearing on the upcoming special.

In addition to the main cast of Friends, several special guests stars will appear in the special including Tom Selleck, James Cordon, Reese Witherspoon, David Beckham, Justin Bieber, Cindy Crawford, Cara Delevingne, Lady Gaga, Elliott Gould, Kit Harington, Larry Hankin, Mindy Kaling, Thomas Lennon, Christina Pickles, James Michael Tyler, Maggie Wheeler, Malala Yousafzai, and international music sensation BTS.

Ben Winston directed the special and executive produced alongside Friends executive producers Kevin Bright, Marta Kauffman and David Crane.

Friends premiered in 1994 and had a spectacular 10-season run on NBC. The show saw a resurgence in popularity when all 236 episodes premiered on Netflix back in 2015. Friends left Netflix in 2019 and moved to WarnerMedia’s HBO Max in 2020. Recently, the show ranked at No. 38 on Rolling Stone's list of the 100 Greatest Sitcoms of All-Time.
