New 'Ghostbusters: Afterlife' Trailer Gives Us Exciting Nostalgia, References, And Backstory

It's been teased for SO long. We've been seeing bits and pieces since December, 2019. First, we got Ecto-1 in the barn.

Then, we were introduced to Paul Rudd as a teacher obsessed with the "Manhattan Cross Rip" of 1984.

Now, finally...after two long years we get a TRUE full trailer that gives us insight to the premise of Ghostbusters: Afterlife!

The trailer gives us the name of someone we knew all along would probably be talked about, an incredible cameo that confirms the aforementioned name, and a mysterious figure at the end in their good old Occult Book store! Without spoiling anything, it has me SUPER excited to see, and yes it is a direct sequel to Ghostbusters II. Final confirmation has been achieved that this IS the best Ghosbusters III we will ever ger aside from the 2009 video game. Ghostbusers: Afterlife arrives this Thanksgiving. Finally!!!
