FIRST LOOK: Marvel Reveals Trailer for New Series 'Helstrom'
Updated: Sep 25, 2020
The newest MCU show is coming to Hulu this fall.

Marvel has revealed the first preview of their upcoming new series Helstrom. The 10-episode debut season - part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe - premieres on Hulu on October 16. Stream the official trailer below.
Created by writer and showrunner Paul Zbyszewski, Helstrom stars Tom Austen (The Royals, The Bold Type) and Sydney Lemmon (Fear The Walking Dead, Succession) star as Daimon and Ana Helstrom, respectively. Originally, Daimon Helstrom is the son of Satan. The character first appeared in a 1973 issue of Ghost Rider. In the show, Daimon and his sister Ana are children of an infamous serial killer. The sibling duo are out on the hunt for the worst evil in the world, but it appears that something supernatural this way comes.
When Helstrom was announced last year, a Ghost Rider series was also said to be in the works. The shows were being developed by Marvel Television head Jeph Loeb. The new Ghost Rider series would have served as a nice Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. spinoff. However, by the end of 2019, Marvel Television was absorbed by Marvel Studios. Loeb was out, and producer Kevin Feige was now at the helm.
If Helstrom sees solid viewership, it could help get the potential Ghost Rider series back into development.
