Peacock Releases Trailer For "Devil In Disguise: John Wayne Gacy"

Peacock has released its newest trailer for the upcoming true crime limited series Devil In Disguise: John Wayne Gacy. The eight episode series, starring Michael Chermus as notorious serial killer John Wayne Gacy, will be released October 16th.

The Peacock series follows the investigation of the murders and Gacy by Det. Rafael Tovar (Gabriel Luna), determined to bring him to justice. Watch the trailer below.

John Wayne Gacy's Heinous Crimes Explored In Peacock Series

John Wayne Gacy, also known as the "Killer Clown", was a convicted serial killer from Norwood Park Township, IL, murdered at least 33 young men between 1972 and 1978, and buried most of their bodies beneath his home. The trailer tells the story of Tovar's work, as well as the tribulations of his defense attorney Sam Amirante (Michael Angarano) and Chief Trial Prosecutor Bill Kunkle (Chris Sullivan).

The limited series also features James Badge Dale, and Marin Ireland, and its showrunner is Patrick Macmanus.
