The long-running viral video commentary show Tosh.0 has been cancelled by Comedy Central. After initially being renewed for four more seasons back in January, Comedy Central's parent company ViacomCBS has officially pulled the plug on the series. The show will end on November 24 after the forthcoming 12th season.

"After 12 years together, Comedy Central and I are consciously uncoupling," comedian and host Daniel Tosh said on Twitter. "They get the cartoons, and I'm heading to any network with stronger wifi."

According to Entertainment Weekly, ViacomCBS is working closely with Tosh's team to shop the show to other networks.

News of Tosh.0's cancellation comes just days after the network pulled the plug on the popular series Drunk History. On the flip side, Comedy Central has green-lit reboots of classic cartoons Ren & Stimpy, Beavis and Butt-Head, and a Daria spinoff called Jodie. With The Other Two and South Side heading to HBO Max, and Corporate recently wrapping up a three-season run, Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens is the lone live-action pillar that Comedy Central is standing on right now.
