WATCH: The 'WandaVision' Trailer Is Finally Here
The long-awaited first look at Marvel's new series is odd and intriguing.

"We're an unusual couple."
Well, that's an understatement - even in 2020.
After much anticipation and many, many posters, the official trailer for Marvel's new series WandaVision has dropped. The show, dubbed a "mega-event series" by Marvel, WandaVision will usher in Phase IV of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It arrives on Disney+ on January 15.
It will be the first phase of Marvel to include original television series.
The series will star Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany, reprising their roles at Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) and Vision, the physical manifestation humanoid of Tony Stark's "Jarvis" A.I. system.
Matt Shakman (Game of Thrones) will be in the director's chair.
From what the Kulture Popped staff has been able to unpack, the show takes place after the events of Avengers: Endgame (2019). The plot will lead us directly to Scarlet Witch's appearance in Doctor Strange 2: Multiverse of Madness. An adult Monica Rambeau, daughter of Carol Danvers' best friend in Captain Marvel, will appear in the show. Teyonah Parris is playing the role.
At Comic-Con last year, series star Elizabeth Olsen stated, "It's gonna get weird."
Your move, Marvel. Let's get weird.
Paul is the founder of Kulture Popped and was once kicked out of Universal Studios for trying to steal a cast member's Harry Potter wand.
