Jameela Jamil has reportedly been cast in the forthcoming Marvel series She-Hulk on Disney+. According to Variety, Jamil will play a "major role" in the series. Jamil's publicist did not immediately return a request for comment, nor did Marvel Studios.

Jamil joins recently confirmed cast members Renée Elise Goldsberry, Ginger Gonzaga, and Tim Roth. Mark Ruffalo will reprise the role of Bruce Banner in the series, and Emmy Award winner Tatiana Maslany is set to play the title character.

Kat Coiro is helming the show as director and executive producer.

The series, which will air on Disney+, centers around Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany), an attorney and cousin of Bruce Banner. She inherits his Hulk powers after receiving a blood transfusion from him. Unlike Bruce, however, Jennifer is able to control her rage, letting more of her own personality be in the forefront. Jamil will reportedly play Titania, a super-strong Marvel super-villain.

She-Hulk is the last major Marvel character to be co-created by the late, great Stan Lee.
