Umbrella Academy Season 2 Pics and Updates!
Umbrella Academy Season Two… UMBRELLA ACADEMY SEASON MF’IN TWO! Finally Netflix is throwing us a bone or in this case a bag of bones in the form of an image dump. As reported by Entertainment Weekly, the Hargreeves are back, safe and sound, and apparently heading to 60’s era Texas in this second season.
The last time we saw the academy was literally the end of the world. They blip out of time using Number Five’s (Aiden Gallagher) ability and we would assume it’s to somewhen in the future because Five never showed the ability to jump backwards which was part of his character's arc. However, based on these photos and the info provided by EW, it appears at some point he may have figured out how to jump back. We’re seeing and hearing talk of the 1960’s. This is a new ability to him and he probably is having issues with it. The second story in the comic is titled Dallas and similarly we find the family arriving in Dallas for this second season. As I stated this is a new ability to Five and as EW reports “Five's control of his powers has never been terribly well-refined, so the team gets split up in the process, with each arriving in Dallas at a slightly different point in time” and maybe it’s a trope but like the saying goes, if it ain’t broke… “Five shows up last and finds himself staring down the barrel of yet another apocalypse. So it once again falls to him to spend the season assembling the team in the hope of averting disaster.”

Min) and Vanya aka Number Seven / The White Violin (Ellen Page), but this time around we’re introduced to some new faces. “There's Texas housewife Sissy (Marin Ireland); Lila (Ritu Arya), a "chameleon" who is as brilliant as she is insane; and Raymond (Yusuf Gatewood), a devoted husband and natural-born leader. Then there's a trio of cold-blooded Swedish assassins played by Tom Sinclair, Kris Holden-Ried, and Jason Bryden.” But enough talking, here's the meat and potatoes baby. #UAS02 #ImageDump woot woot!
This is one even our kids are looking forward too and freaked out when they heard this announcement. Our favorite Character is Klaus and we can't wait to see what's in store for him in the second season.
